We host a variety of events at conferences, including hands-on villages, workshops, and Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions focused on embedded systems and Software Defined Radio (SDR). Our villages feature the IoT Village, Badge Village, DIY Village, Microchip Makeover Village, Soldering Village, and Lockpicking Village, providing attendees with unique opportunities to learn and hack in real-world scenarios.

  • Microchip Makeover Village

    Microchip Makeover Village focuses on the reballing process, enabling the removal, analysis, and reattachment of BGA chips on PCBs. This technique is crucial for hardware pentesting, reverse engineering, and custom firmware loading, facilitating deeper analysis and bypassing security measures.
